KMart Redevelopment Proposal

clock June 24, 2008 17:48 by author Jeff Quibell

Many of our residents would like to see the K-Mart building at 40 and 7 Highways redeveloped.  For many years nothing could be done because the building was tied up in K-Mart's bankruptcy proceedings.  A little over a year ago the K-Mart property was acquired by Tri-Land Properties.  They are in discussions with the city regarding redeveloping the K-Mart.  While not yet approved, it is exciting to see some activity beginning to happen with this long vacant property.  More information is available at the following link: http://www.bluespringsedc.com/news.asp?id=64.

The proposal can be seen at http://www.trilandproperties.com/retail/bluesprings/marketing.pdf
