Contestants should provide 3 gallons of chili for tasting and judging. Electrical power will be provided, please bring your own crock-pot or chafing dish.
Contestants may arrive with their chili beginning at noon on January 23rd.
Contest will be open to the public from 1:00-3:00 p.m.
